Holiday communities have third-party providers who are available to support the varying needs of older adults who choose to use them. Residents can arrange for and receive care services in the comfort of their community from third-party providers who lease space in Holiday communities. Or they can stick with caregivers they already know and trust.

Residents have the option of using third-party providers who support residents in the community as a result of leasing space and having an on-site presence, or residents can choose their own care providers. The resident has complete control.
